SPT & Good Mail

I'm no *greener* than I was a year ago, but Happy Earth day, anyway!

Last night I opened my mailbox to find good mail from possibly the greenest place on earth (literally and figuratively). I won Elizabeth's contest for guessing the stats on little baby Kea before he was born, and I was well rewarded!

A little make-up bag with mango coconut lip balm. The card is sporting the flip flop stamp that embellished the large postage box everything was shipped in. If I lived in Hawaii I would totally own a flip flop stamp.

I couldn't believe that there were so many separate presents in the box! Each was wrapped in tissue and/or slipped into cute envelopes. Here is my plumeria flower pen and flip flop book mark.

I love popcorn, so how fun for me to try a new flavor! Hawaiian Hurricane Popcorn is seasoned with butter and seaweed, and blended with toasted rice crackers.

Pineapple Soap

A Hawaiian classic: chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

Thank you so much for a little piece of paradise, Liz!

Cute video! It's fun to see you in action and hear your voice. I'm glad I'm not having a white Earth day, I'm so sick of the white stuff!

That video was awesome (minus your white weather of course) I can't believe winter is dragging on SO long in your neck of the woods. I am glad that you were able to score some good "warm" mail at least.

I think if it snowed today at my house...I would cry. I need this warm weather right now! Love your video!

Hey--there was a *little* bit of green peeking out from all that white! Happy Earth Day!

And, way to go on staying strong on standards (not that there is really another choice!). I'm sure the other mom appreciated your call--I know I would.

What's crazy is that a week ago we had no snow at all. Last Tuesday I went on a bike ride with my 9 year old!

Love the "white" green day!
Was it hard to get the snow off of the camera?

I cannot believe there is snow!!! It seems that it just doesn't stop up there. Hopefully you'll get more bike rides in shortly!

Yep, I would doubt global warming too with all that SNOW in April!

Crazy weather. Cool good mail!

That is some seriously good Mail! And your video definitely made me smile. I have NO excuse for not believing in global warning, however...

I loved the video! I can't believe how much snow you have. Ours was all melted two days later.

I would love to live in Hawaii, or at least visit. A friend of mine from high school moved there to work as a teacher at a private school, I believe. She has since moved back to Montana. I don't know if I would be able to move back!

I love it! Seriously, it has been so cold this spring. But isn't that part of global warming? Well at least according to the Day After Tomorrow :).I love seeing videos of people. Hooray for good mail.

You've done it again, Barb! So clever, I love it -- you are inspiring. If I had as much cleverness in my little pinkie... anyway, just don't stop!

Fun fun mail from Hawaii!

I was really annoyed on Monday with the snow, but I'm getting over it. Great video.

Good job on feeling lonely:-) I felt that a lot as a teenager. I'm getting a little taste right now - already. Tough when your 5 yr old is sad she can't do gymnastics with her friends when she is at church. But it's worth it.
