Customer Service

Score one for the Crocs company. Did you know that if your son breaks off the rivet of his Croc riding his youngest sister's bike that Crocs Inc. will ship you a lifetime supply of new rivets for free, and they'll even be cuter than the original rivet?
But you'll need a U.S. mailing address, so thanks for letting me ship to your cabin, Erin. And for my local friends in need I'm happy to share.

I love it when a company does something great like this!

Wow, that's a good company. Interesting story behind the rivet breakage it seems...

Regarding the previous post: very cute pictures. I must say, I am partial to the sunbeam shots myself. Very cool that Carmen is teaching a horse to ride English, though I don't konw what that means either. I'm sure it means she knows what she's doing though!

And I would have to wrestle our bank card out of my husband's hands if he heard about German Shepherd puppies for sale!

I had no idea that they would do that. Will have to remember that they will replace the rivet.
