There's nothing like a deadline

I sent off my Pink Christmas gift yesterday! I am feeling a mixture of relief to have finished the project, and insecurity over whether it was good enough. I don't know why I would worry about that - I know that I will be pleased with anything I get. I love surprises, and as the master planner of Christmas in this house, I don't have very many chances to be surprised on Christmas morning.

I have Canada Post to thank for my motivation for completion. Where in the world is my Pink Sister?

I'm just astounded by this. Truly. I'm still having mini-panic attacks over mine, and I haven't settled on an idea to do yet, let alone carry it out and send it. Can you bottle up some of your togetherness and mail it to me? I'll pay shipping.

Holy cow Barb! You are on top of things. I realize you have Canada post and all but really I feel put to shame. I'm with Kelly, totally stumped! (My pink sister has a private blog therefore, no info)

And if you are mailing out togetherness, send me a double batch. I'll double the shipping.

Way to go! Last year I had my gift finished by mid-October, this year I haven't even come up with an idea yet! I'm truly impressed.

I don't even know what I'm doing yet and you've already sent yours?!! Yikes. You scared the crap out of me for a second because I thought I'd missed the deadline, but phew, you're mailing internationally so your deadline is different eh? I better get moving on it.

That ric rack tree is darling!

Ditto, ditto, ditto, ditto to all of the comments. I agree with every last one of them on all counts. Thanks for getting me excited to get it off (well, started and then off).

Ditto to the infinity power. Oh, my. Looks like I have some heavy duty thinking and crafting ahead of me. Congrats--what a relief for you!
