This is huge

Sweet! Amy posted a tutorial on how to publish larger pictures on your blog and I think it worked for me. (I won't know till I hit *publish post* now, will I?)
I have tried other tutorials with no luck so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Paint by numbers

One quick note about the picture: Carmen got a paint-by-numbers kit for Christmas, and she actually finished it. In three days. (I've never seen one finished before -ever!)

I followed the instructions in the first comment of Amy's post. You just change the width and height number right in your edit html code tab. It was super fast.

I know. I'm excited to try it too. I love the big picture:)

Yay Amy. Yay Barb. Yay Carmen.

Great job!

Hmm, I wonder if that will work on typepad? Brynlee was mightily impressed with Carmen's painting. I don't think I've ever seen one of those finished either!

I need to read that tutorial!

Carmen's picture is seriously impressive.

Jessica says that it is really cool. She got a paint by number for Christmas, too (but hasn't started on it!). Maybe she'll be inspired. :)

Carmen, you did a great job! I am just reading the Fablehaven series right now, and the children do some paint by numbers pictures in it, but I'm sure that they couldn't have done any better than you did on yours. Great work.

Barb - how is the pain?

Beautiful work, Carmen! I just love the colors! Does he/she have a name?

I have wondered why some pictures post larger...I'm going to swipe that tutorial this week.

Posey would love this painting. She got a smaller paint by numbers for her bday a few years ago and still has those horses displayed proudly in her room.

I think they'd be kindred spirits if they met!
