It's always a grand event at my house too! My boys love watching the truck...and I do feel a sense of release when I let go of things..but I gotta get better and not buying them in the first place!

I make sure to hollar a thanks to them whenever I see them.

What a great thought! I have never thought to be grateful for Trash Day. Find when we do miss it, I miss it the most.
