I am "let's have a clean car today", but if it's not clean tomorrow - I don't loose any sleep over it!. Balance is good Barb! I've missed your posts. I just saw Natalie last night and asked where in the heck you've been. HOpefully everything is well and your SPT pic is really gorgeous! Good to see you again!
Very cute. My car is awful! Mike seems to think that my passenger side floorboard resembles a garbage can...well it does now! And it doesn't help that we take our giant hair-shedding, mud-walking dog everywhere.
I like a clean car more than Jay but it is so much easier for him to keep his car clean! I'd love his car to have the pieces of crappy toys from Wendy's or all of the handouts from primary classes that never make it inside.
Keith and I are the opposite of you and Ken -- maybe it's a sibling thing. But, he did just take my car in yesterday and get it detailed, which was a delight. Now I just have to see how long I can go without him eating something sticky in it. And throwing the wrapper on the floor.
Ah yes, another great Barb spt!
ReplyDeletegreat juxtaposition! i've been missing your wonderful spts lately. i've got to get my blog groove back!
ReplyDeletecute!
ReplyDeleteHave a fantasic day
This is on my list of things to get done today! I hope it gets done!
ReplyDeleteYou and me both!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he considers it a good balance too. :)

ReplyDeleteWe're just like sisters and our husbands are truly brothers! :)
ReplyDeleteDitto Michelle's comment. Outstanding.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to have a clean car, but I'm not psycho about it. I remove trash and wipe things down regularly, but I only vacuum it every few months.
ReplyDeleteClever as always....I love it!
ReplyDeleteI like that. Hubby washing the car- perfect.
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me that my car needs to be cleaned.
ReplyDeleteLove this juxtaposition, Barb. Great pictures, as usual.
ReplyDeleteI don't even know the last time we cleaned out our car. I'm pretty sure Maxwell was born, but I can't say for certain.
ReplyDeleteOur car stays pretty clean right now (no kids!) but I am not the one who cleans it... thanks DAN!!
ReplyDeleteI can relate. If it wasn't for my husband my car would be looking pretty scary (and I probably wouldn't care).
ReplyDeletemy dad is a car cleaning freak!! luckily my husband is a little more laid back... I do like a clean car, it just doesn't stay that way for long...
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard to keep it clean. Between the weather and the kids, uggghh! I can't be bothered!
ReplyDeleteas always great spt.
ReplyDeleteps- not a clean freak. though in my next car i may be since the girls will be older...will report back!

ReplyDeleteI loved your cake picture! Too funny!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you and Ken have such balance.
That's just like me and my husband. Nothing would make him happier than if I'd clean the car!
