Every Day is Kid Day

When I was a kid and Mothers Day and Fathers Day rolled around, my brothers and I would ask, "When is it going to be kid day?"
They'd tell us every day is kid day.

That couldn't be more true than this week playing with the cousins on Ken's side of the family.

Awsome! I want a Kid Day!

I don't think I ever asked my parents for a Kid Day...darn it. Missed my chance.

My parents used to say the same thing and now I say it too. I can't believe how much fun stuff my kids get to do, and whenever I have to point it out I'm even more amazed.

What a clever way to show us your week, Barb. What lucky kids. What lucky parents to have such kids. I love the wristlet picture.

In Japan, they have an official Kid's Day. I seem to remember it's towards the end of winter, and they celebrate by building snowmen and ice castles and such.
