I am feeling especially thankful for chewable vitamin C tablets. I like how the taste reminds me of baby aspirin. Right now they are satisfying my urge for something sweet after lunch. In them I am placing magical powers preventing me from catching the head colds, coughs, and even stomach flu's that my children have brought home this past week.
If that is satisfying your urge for something sweet, then you go, girl! I can't imagine being satisfied with that, although I do have fond memories of the taste of baby aspirin. I would be tempted to give it a go, but I was warned off of vitamin C supplements after having my kidney stone...
ReplyDeleteOkay, I am definitely sending you a box of oranges. I believe in Vitamin C as well...and so sorry about all the "gifts" your children have brought home.
ReplyDeletethis time of year, i live on Emergen-C's. they are my vitamin cocktail.
ReplyDeleteMy uncle used to carry around a huge container of those things. I remember thinking they were so good. Hmm I wonder if I still think that? I recently tried a Fred Flinestone vitamin I LOVED as a kid and thought it was so sick.
ReplyDeleteCool photo.
I don't know what it was, but Mom and Dad used to give me tiny little pink pills when I was sick. Were those baby asprins? I do remember liking them.
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't catch what is going through your home! It is hard to be a Mommy and be sick.
I love the photos you have been posting. You are so talented. And a visit from the Tooth Fairy? How exciting! I'm sending my best stay-well wishes your way.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go buy a whole heap of those. That and Vit D.
ReplyDeleteI truly adore the taste of baby aspirin. And I equally truly wish one chewable vitamin C would do it for satisfying my sweet cravings.
ReplyDeleteLove your pic!
