Winter morning

Jaclyn was off school for the past couple of weeks during final exams.



One morning she went outside to take pictures of the frost on the trees.



Then later, I went out to take pictures of her footprints in the frost on the deck.

    Brrr! Brrr! I can't handle the footprints in the frost, makes my whole being cringe. But both are such cool pictures!

    I love the way the trees look first thing in the morning after the frost and snow cover them. It brings on a beautiful peace filled feeling.

    I love those winter footprints. LOVE them. I'd hang that picture on a wall in a cool frame.

    As for the beautiful trees, I think this is the most we've ever had trees like that in one year. So many beautiful mornings! Today was another.

    I love that kind of frost! So beautiful. The footprints make my toes want to fall off (they felt icy before I read this), but great capture!
