She did a great skipping rhyme. The one I skipped to most was something about a prince who got bit by a snake, how many doctors did it take? 1,2,3,4,.... Man! How did that go? I'd love to remember that.
Adorable! Love the poem and the pic. BTW, yes, I started with mild cheese. I taste-tested my friend's that had been sitting for about 7 months, and it was about medium-sharp, and she started with mild. It was really good!
